I am so very upset as I have not slept for days waiting for my PIP telephone interview at 9am on Monday morning and then a phone call at 9.15am tells me it is cancelled and no reason given. It is now another 2 weeks away so more stress and I am not sure I can go through with it.
I honestly feel so stressed and so angry at Capita as I have been sent texts and even a phone call reminding me of the importance of being on time and ready.

Hi Mabelgirl

I'm sorry that this happened to you. Unfortunately, some claimants find their assessments cancelled at the last moment, without explanation, which adds to their stress. Staff sickness is the most likely reason, but whatever it is, it won't make you feel any better. I hope that the next appointment takes place.
