Hi Zakana, since your last post, having had an amazing relief of DWP 'lapsing' my appeal with HMRC due to changing their minds and giving me Enhanced DL AND Mob, ten years, I definitely would encourage you to go on pushing. I had a call earlier, where a very civil lady dug into several questions where she 'felt she may be able to award more points', to all of which I repeated my form and assessment answers with firm emphasis, and then she tried to cut a deal, if she gave me enhanced mob, [instead of just 4 points] would I be happy with the standard DL I already had? I politely dug my heels in and am obviously so glad I did. Best wishes with your ongoing claim, Denby
