I’ve not been on here for a while. I get ESA and PIP keep hearing all these horrific stories on the radio about how the government are coming after us. Does it apply to people who have been on these benefits long term, or are they getting tough on new claims? I keep hearing they are stamping down on people with mental health problems. Any advice is gratefully appreciated. Thank you

None of these "proposals" have been enacted until they are which will not be before 2025 and maybe not even them we can't offer an answer to your question.
