Hi,

I've just received a letter from Capita today advising me that I have a telephone assessment this Thursday the 16-05-2024.

This is short notice and doesn't suit my carer who I need to accompany me to the assessment.

Will I be able to get this appointment rearranged ?

Hi Slick

You need to contact Capita immediately and tell them that you have not been given the 7-day notice and that it needs to be changed. They should do this.
