Telephone assessment recording

I thought that you might like to know that IAS is using software to prevent telephone assessments being covertly recorded. I have a call recording app on my phone which always works fine and which I successfully tested before my telephone assessment with IAS. I recorded the telephone assessment. When I listened back to the recording after the assessment, I discovered that only my half of the conversation had recorded. The assessor half of the conversation was silent, so my recording is only me speaking.
