Hi, I just thought I would share that you can only normally rearrange a WCA appointment TWICE. Then they say they cannot due to the previous rearrangements. The Health Assessment Advisory Service does seem able t =o change the mode from In person to video or to telephone if there is reasonable grounds however. This usually means a new appointment and will count as a reschedule If either of the above statements are NOT true for anyone here, please do reply and say what your experience is.
