Hello do you know how the dwp calculate allowed permitted work earnings of£167 per week… if self employed and your tax return shows-earnings as one month over the £668 but the next month could be £300 Is is calculated as a lum sum per annum for their allowance per year If you ring them you get different answers and some advisors don’t know the answer ! Thanks
It should be averaged over a period, usually four weeks for ESA but this is only done by prior agreement so you may need to contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.
