I have received a pip review form and wanted to know if the form still needs to be completed if there has been no change in circumstances

Hi bonnysophia

Treat the review form as if it was a new claims form. If you kept a copy of your original claims form use that as your guide and make any tweeks that you find necessary such as a change in medication, or a new condition, supporting letter from your consultant.
