Hi Yesuf, it could be because they are behind reviewing cases. I completed my review form in January this year and have only just heard back (by text) that my assessment has been completed and it will take up to 6 weeks to get their decision. I’ll add that I’ve had no phone call or request for a F2F or telephone assessment so they must be going off what I wrote on the form.
