I dont know if this is the place for this to go but if anyones interested a group called Organise that protects workers rights are doing a petition about this outrageous policy and no its not the same as looking into your finances if they suspect something its about routine snooping. If anyones interested they can sign and/or donate.

Signed but isn't there a human rights violation and breach of due process that could easily get these plans DOA?

Signed, but also I was thinking that too.

I have commented on the petition that such policy suggestions are designed to frighten people. It is inhuman. People with anxiety are presented with something else they can worry about.
