My daughter is in receipt of PIP and has been unable to work since 2016. Following my recent query as to why she was not receiving National Insurance credits (which had to be raised to her MP before it was confirmed that she should have been receiving NI credits) she has been receiving regular payments to her account as ESA but no correspondence respect of this. I have two questions, should she be receiving ESA backdated to 2016 and does ESA qualify her for any other benefits?
