This includes:
- The work capability and how your disability affects you questionnaires
- Telephone and face-to-face consultations with assessment providers
- Getting your decision and understanding what that means for you
- How to challenge a decision via ‘mandatory reconsideration’
- How to appeal and prepare for a hearing at First-tier Tribunal
- Problems with the assessment process for these benefits as a whole
If your question is not about the above topic our volunteer forum moderators may not be able to reply to it, although you may receive a response from our wider community.
It may take up to five working days or more for you to receive a reply from our volunteer moderators and waits will tend to be longer after the newsletter has gone out.
Posts are not always answered in the order they are received, some have to wait for a moderator with the required knowledge to be available.
