Thank you for the clarification.

Just to update others I just received my HP assessment report and throughout it, it refers to my last F2F, even though I lodged a complaint about it at the time. So they do look at previous awards even though it's a 'new claim'
I had enclosed my tribunal award papers so she did refer to them too.
It looks like I have got an award but I think if I haven't sent my tribunal papers it would have been a different outcome.

Angel,

Thanks for the advice.

I received all my award history with my tribunal papers last time so I sent this and the scoring from the tribunal as evidence for my recent application and if the decision maker follows the HP report it looks like I have been successful this time.

I was assured by DWP 5 days earlier, that HP would look at tribunal papers including WSoR for my double enhanced Tribunal award of only 1 month before; but HP ( Ingeus) told me they would never have sight of such Documents. I have an apology letter from DWP for " misleading" me over this. Actually I was devastated at the time. As a result, they have reduced my new claim by 85% and I shall likely have to do tribunal again.
Beggars belief really but they are totally untrustworthy, I will not have telephone discussions with them, only correspond by registered letter.
They have also refused to pass my complaint to the complaint team which I have also logged for the Tribunal.
My MO has written to them to ask for explanations, but I don't think they have the slightest clue what the law expects of them.
