ESA Prognosis/Assessment Report

I wish to know the date of my next ESA Work Capability Assessment. I read on here recently that one can request this by ringing DWP and asking for personal details contained in their Assessment Report on the ESA computer system under the heading: Prognosis.

I've phoned numerous times (now a free 0800 phone number) over the past two weeks at different times of the day and have been unable to speak to anyone about this.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I usually phone just after 8am and state that my call is related to 'Health Assessment'. I wonder if there is a better way of announcing my phone call to receive a more swifter response?
