You should be able to access your latest posts by clicking on your forum name, for example to the left of your post.

How can I find my post when I can't find my forum name next to the post that I'm trying to find?

Hi Djb200
Just click on your name which is in blue and it should bring up your recent posts.
I have just clicked on your name and can only see one, I do not know how long they are saved, it maybe a question for the back office.
