Having been in support Group for 5 yrs, I was found fit for work as awarded 0 points and benefits stopped. With the help of your indepth guidance notes i put in a Reconsideration request as there were numerous discrepancies between report and what was said/ happened at face to face interview. Luckily I had interview recorded, so felt my case was justified. Your Guidance notes suggest a reply should be received within 30 days but i have still not heard nearly 2 months later. I know it was received as I sent it under 'signed for ' post and have a receipt. Should i start to chase. many thanks.
