i dont wash

Two things; can you attribute this to a diagnosed mental health condition? If you can then this will make it a lot easier but even if you can't then it does not mean that you cannot score for this problem.

Secondly, you need to explain your problems in detail. What happens on a daily basis? How do you feel/react when required to wash?

You mention that you sometime need to be washed by you partner, is this due to your reluctance to wash or do you also have physical problems, if the latter then you may have other opportunities to score.
