I'm just wondering if there are similar regulations for PIP? I haven't been able to find any....

No there isn't!
You can argue that you cannot perform some of the PIP activities safely but it will be very much down to activity and the nature of your problems, the issue is covered in the PIP Claim guide, see the section on Safety and Supervision.
