copy & paste reports

I had my at home assessment 4 weeks ago , and it was more like a interrogation than a assessment , the person presented herself as being a "NURSE" , I asked what sort of nurse , she said a health professional nurse , (which could mean anything ) , so the assessment (interrogation ) went reasonably well , my husband covertly recorded the assessment on his cctv cameras and the "nurse" was trying to catch me out with questions that didn't relate to my illness at all , when she got to the medical examination part , my husband intervened and asked the nurse , what sort of medical training she had had , she said she was a physiotherapist nurse (so finally got the truth out of her ) ,when she kneeled down next to me to grab hold of my disabled are to move it , my husband told her to get out , as this was tantamount to torture , at that point she said interview was over .
NOW , when the assessment results came back , I received the same points as last assessment 18 months prior , and the report was word for word on both assessments ........copy & paste , al but one paragraph which said that the nurse had done a skeletal examination ...............more like she literally twisted my arm ...........so my Appeal has been lodged with DWP ..........and my husband is taking the recording from cctv with us
