well today was the day, I was very nervous about the tribunal hearing but I had read your fantastic guides and used your equally fantastic submissions to state my reasons.
After the required move from DLA to PIP I was awarded 0 points at all.
I won, 10 points and standard rate awarded for daily living component and 14 points/enhanced rate for mobility
Both backdated to 31st may and indefinite.
I'm so grateful for all the advice I managed to get from here so a big thank you from me, a very happy chap.

Just got my letter this morning following a submission for mandatory consideration and the decision remains the same. I was devastated and feeling like I couldn't go through this again. . I was same indefinite DLA to PIP - assessed just recently again 2 months before my 65th birthday and ended up with my daily living reduced and lost my mobility part. The letter this morning from the MC says they agree with the HP's assessment so my options are to accept a report which is full of lies, inaccuracies and inconsistencies or appeal.
Do I have the energy to do it again (already won my appeal in 2006 - from 0-19 points). I thought I couldn't but now you have given me a bit of hope and I may have to fight back.
Thank you.

Don't like the DWP grind you down. I had an ESA appeal seven years ago. I've just had my PIP appeal and won. I'm having another ESA appeal in the coming months. IMHO, the DWP was put in place by our government to fob us all off. I fight them all the way!
