Cancelled PIP home assessment

Hi,

Can you advise me what the best course of action will be due to Capita cancelling my appointment this morning at 9am.
Have read a post suggesting writing to DWP office clarifying that it was not myself who cancelled but Capita just so they don't mark me down as failing to attend.

I spoke to a DWP rep this afternoon, said she would put if onto system.
Also sent a letter stating the reason Capita cancelled my assessment.
