Phone the Assessment Provider for an update on whether you will be required to have a face to face assessment.

Thank you for your reply, I rang Capita who confirmed they are doing a paper base assessment as they have all the relevant information that is needed, they also confirmed the report is still with them and could not confirm when the report will be sent to the DWP. Unsure what to do now?

I'm afraid all you can do is wait fro the report to be sent, however, to be afraid to chase them again next week.

Hi
Its 14 weeks since I sent my PIP Form in, I made a Complaint and a Case Manager rang me this morning to confirm Capita have not sent them my report, Case Manager confirmed he has now asked for this to be sent and DWP should receive it within the next few days, so I am still no further with my PIP Claim what a disgrace

Given the timescale there is a chance that the report has been lost or was never produced in the first place, so this may mean a new assessment will be required,
