Gordon is there a time limit on being able to request my medical report from a pip home assessment by capita ? Although I received high rate for both the scoring doesn't tally with my written evidence ( which they said they used alongside medical evidence without a f2f consultation which I did have ! ) I feel it might help me with a esa reassessment (I know they're not supposed to use the pip reports) but also I know they do . There's no time limit for requesting your PIP report, but there may be practical issues depending on how long ago the Decision was made as the DWP move files to offsite storage.

Start by contacting the DWP office dealing with your PIP claim and make the request, they should be able to tell you whether they can do it or not.

If they can't then you need to make a Subject Access Request.
