I'm still thinking of an advocate to take notes on how the medical went and not to interfere, so I've got witnesses . as i thought medical conditions were just dismissed much to my gp disgust, has anybody done this also?

Most members have someone with them at the interview, but having an advocate would be unusual and you may struggle to find someone to go with you on this basis.
Try contacting any charities that support your conditions they may have a local support group that can help.
