Just to clarify this please:
As no one descriptor applies for over 50% of time, but the two descriptors added apply for total of 60% of time, do i therefore maybe qualify for the highest scoring one at 40% giving 4 points for needing supervision?
Thank you

See page 21 of the PIP Claim guide.
Remember the test is the majority of days and not the majority of the time, so reconsider using percentages to describe your problems.

RE: PIP Q4 Eating and drinking.
I have seen advice in a guide to PIP that says "For example, do you wear dentures
and would you be unable to chew or eat properly without them?"
Would wearing dentures be classed as an aid? and therefore 2 points. If you cannot bite or chew food properly without them?
Thank you again

Whilst they technically meet the definition of an aid or appliance, I would not expect you to score for wearing them as I believe they will fall under the same heading as spectacles and are not considered as being a disability aid.
That does not mean you should not make the argument, just don't rely on the points.

Returned my PIP2 form on 8th November.
Got a letter today from Independent assessment services (ATOS) saying "one of our health professionals has looked at all information,we are letting you know we've asked for further information from people involved in your treatment, once we get evidence our health care professional may be able to finish your assessment report.if we don't receive information we may need to see you face to face"
They do not say who they have contacted though. So i hope whoever it is reply's to them in time with the info they want.

It will be one or more those that you listed on your claim form, so you might want to contact them to expect the DWP letter.
