SO PLEASED - MY APPEAL HAS BEEN SUCESSFUL was created by ainesse
There is no mention of how long the award is for
- so I am bit worried about that?
I really don't want to have t have to go through all of this in six months time or a years time etc.

Is this is in regard to your PIP appeal?
As no award was made by the DWP, the panel should have set an award length as part of their Decision, the Decision Notice does not include this then you need to contact the Tribunal Service about it.

Thank you Gordon
and YES it was my PIP appeal which I originally applied for over one year ago. I also didn't notice that they had written the words or phrase TWICE "PIP appeal
"it is inappropriate to fix a term"
I'm not that sure what is meant by this and to whom it is addressed. It would have been preferable to say this in plain English.
Thanks again. One thing which is very clear to me is that nobody should attend a PIP tribunal appeal without someone to represent them.
thanks

The Tribunal have recommended what is called an On-Going award, it is as close as PIP comes to the old DLA indefinite award.
