Many thanks and kind regards

What are you looking for the change is relatively simple, new claims for ESA from April this year which result in a WRAG award will no longer receive the WRAG component just the Personal Allowance.
As this would create to classes of WRAG I'm expecting there to be a requirement for the legislation to be amended, at this time nothing has been published.

Apologies Gordon, not very articulate of me, I'll try again.
A little while ago we had media headlines of "No more assessments for claimants'". As usual, however, reading on, I thought there was mention on Gov't making overall changes this year, coinciding with trawling for those that met the criteria for no longer being assessed?
Suffice to say I'm now doubting what I read and will re-trawl the various media sites again.
Kind regards
P

There have been no more statements about this since the original ones which I think were made at the Tory conference, not even a consultation paper!

Rightsnet discussion forum has a topic on this subject. Apparently there was an update provided at the end of January 2017.
