All letters for the DWP go via Wolverhampton, the specific address is unique to each office.

Thanks for all of the help and advice. The claim was successful but the points awarded for things seemed not to tally with what we thought. He would not ring for a copy of the assessors report.... is it possible to ring the PIP claims office and ask for it now? with it being back in June when it was awarded?

It should be fine just contact the DWP office dealing with your claim.
