Successful paper based PIP appeal

The DWP should accept the end date set by the Tribunal, although it may be a pyrrhic victory as they can reassess at any time and for any reason.

I would contact them for an explanation.

Providing you make a claim for CA within one month of the Decision it should be possible to backdate to when the PIP claim started.
