Hi vision. Gordon has answered your question above. Once appeal is accepted you get paid up to 13 weeks at assessment rate of ESA which is the amount quoted by you ( same as JSA).

Sorry Mrs Hurtyback I took it the DWP took 5- 8 weeks to process the tribunal payments so was advising claimant in the meantime would be paying assessment rate of ESA. Really sorry for assuming, as we all know the DWP are a law unto themselves. Thank goodness we have you fantastic moderators to guide us.
