Hi I recieved my medical report and it doesn't make any sense to me
Activity 14 coping with change
CCc cannot cope with minor unplanned chang(such as the timing of an appointment on the day it is due to occur),to the extent that over all day to day life is made significantly more difficult
Activity 15 getting about
GAc Is unable to get to a specified place with which the claimant is unfamiliar without being accompanied by another person
Adapting to change -supporting medical evidence
Then a list of what I said in the interview
It says on activity 16
CSB. engagement in social contact with someone unfamiliar is always precluded due to others or significant distress experienced by the individual
Appropriateness of behaviour with other people, due to cognitive impairment or mental disorder Activity 17
IBD none of the above apply
Then it says supporting medical evidence with a list of things I said.
Does this mean I didn't pass on this descriptor?
My personalised summary statement says I have difficulty going out and being around people spend most of my time in the house, will have company to go to most places.struggles with things out of the blue will take the dog out on his own won't go into any shops, violent thoughts of harming people, struggled with assessment m,has a bad temper, although not become aggressive he is vulnerable to further deterioration if found capable for work or related activity
Today he was anxious and agitated at times he had poor rapport and eye contact he had difficulty coping with the assessment therefore significant disability is likely for coping with change, going out and socialising.significant disability is unlikely for all other mental activities.
I haven't a clue what descriptors I'm in the support group are can any one shed any light on this for me please?
Feel like I can't leave the house at all now

Hi T,
I must confess that I cannot make much sense out of this at the moment. One of the other mods might have a clearer head and be able to help.
