Am I right in thinking that now I have enhanced mobility PIPI am entitled to a blue badge.How do I apply.Thank you.

Yes, with the enhanced mobility PIP you are automatically entitled to a blue badge

You are also entitled to free Vehicle Excise Duty ('road tax') if you have a car.

You would also be eligible for a 'motability' vehicle.

Just to qualify Mrs H's advice.
You need to have scored 8 points or more from the Moving Around Activity to qualify, if you didn't then you can still make a direct application for one from your Local Authority.
