lost my mobility because I could plan a journey ?

just got my letter in I was awarded high daily living component I was given 13 points.
I did have full mobility last 3 yrs now cut to standard because they said that I COULD PLAN AND FOLLOW A ROUTE OF A JOURNEY UNAIDED 0 POINTS.
ON MOVING AROUND I SCORED 10 POINTS
AND I was given permission to go to the assessment place by taxi and back they will remburst me to the cost of £26.00.
I told them that I could not plan a route that was why I had to travel by taxi and they agreed and paid it.....?

You can request a Mandatory Reconsideration which is the first step of the appeals peocess.
There is a guide to appeals in the members section.

You need to get the HCA report nd the decision makers report and see where the opnion changed from tou can't plan and foolow the route of a journey to you can.

When you get this point nailed, whether it was the HCA or DM you can then contest it and use your evidence to support it.
