Filling in Pip form.. was created by leapoffaith
Hi.. having great difficulty working out how to put information on the forms in just the little boxes & very worried about having bits on extra pages which will be hard to staple because the address is the back page of the form.. do you think it would be acceptable to glue typed pages under the answers ie. Over the boxes & would it matter if it takes up the page & overlaps the boxes? It would be so much easier to stick typed pages in.. Thankyou & best wishes..

Whatever works for you with two important limitations;
- whatever you attach must be done securely, if it falls off there will be no information on the paper linking it to your claim.
- They must be able to copy/scan the form in one pass without having to manually intervene, if your glued on sections overlap or obscure information then this won't be acceptable.
