I have been diagnosed by my mental health team has having, Social Phobia and Agoraphobia, PTSD and depression.
I have a support worker who comes to my home every week to see me, I am on a care plan.
The question I have, I go to see my psychiatrist once a week. I am taken there and back by friend in car. I cannot go anywhere on my own, plan a journey to familiar or unfamiliar places. I also have heart condition, unstable angina+ other problems.
Will the DWP try and use my going for therapy one a week against me, apart from this I do not go anywhere else .
Thanks.

I'm afraid you will need to explain how you manage to go out for this therapy, if you do not then it will count against you. Remember that activities must be competed reliably and on the majority of days not to score points.
