pip mr- 10 weeks today - case manager call?? was created by wonderfulwife
10 weeks today since dwp received my mandatory reconsideration, was appealing decsion on daily living and mobility got 6 points and 10 points... have rang a few times to see if any decsion was made, not yet but today they said they will get case manager to call me with any updates or let me know why no decision made... what does this call mean to me?? has anybody had a call from case manager and how was it? thanks

It is likely that they want to speak to you about your reasons for asking for an MR, so you should have your letter and any other information related to the MR next to the phone so you can explain your arguments in detail.

thanks for the reply gordon... i received a call at 2pm from the dwp, 'paula made me aware that my mr had not neen actioned as previously told, nor had it been looked at whilst they have had it for 10 weeks!! she asked no questions about my claim or mr just that she would send it over to be dealt with today and i will have a decision by the end of the week!! seriously i feel sick with worry and no await the brown envelope once again!
