Raising additional items in Submission

My daughter has been given a date for her PIP tribunal hearing. When she asked for an appeal she only mentioned a couple of items which she was disputing but there are actually other items on the medical assessment form which she would like to raise.

She is preparing a submission to send in ahead of the hearing. Can she raise these other matters within her submission or because she hasn't raised them before, has she lost the opportunity to do so ?

I would be grateful for your advice please.

She can continue to submit evidence up to the hearing itself and even take stuff to the hearing although this runs the risk of it being attached less weight as they like to read everything relevant before the actual hearing.
