Lost PIP appeal was created by Evian
I don't want to give details as it may identify me :(

Please can you tell me how to source a solicitor for appeal to second level, also can I make a fresh claim to PIP at the same time as appealing to second level tribunal?

Thank you for your help.

Hi

Sorry to hear of your problems.
You can find a solicitor by Googling them. Obviously you need one that takes legal aid benefit tribunals specifically rather than a general solicitor who won't be experienced at this.
You can refine your Google search until you find one local to you.
You could also try Community Legal Advice on 0845 3454345. They may be able to give you details of local benefit solicitors who take legal aid.

You can make a fresh claim as well. The tribunal has to be on a point of law so doesn't affect a fresh claim as such.

Thank you.

I have Googled but they seem thin on the ground to be honest. I am not giving up though, and I will phone the number you posted.

I have made a start to a fresh claim.

I think the availability of such solicitors is directly related to the cuts in legal aid for benefit cases.
