In answer to your questions

Yes was transferred from IB to ESA
Had early retirement due to ill health then put onto ESA
Never been in WRAG straight onto Support Group
Payment has been £109.30

Does the letter show a calculation of how they reduced your ESA?

Based on the information you have supplied, I can see how your ESA would be reduced but not so much as to stop it.

I am assuming that your pension is £145/week.

I don't think we can help any more without further information from the DWP, so you need to get back in touch with them for a more detailed explanation of how they have come to their Decision.
