Been refused HP report

I rang 3 times for my HCP report (for ESA). The 3rd time, the person at the call centre checked whether they had access to my report on their system, and as they did, they printed it and put it in the post right away. A kind person using their initiative!

My HCP report was the source of all the statements about things that didn't happen or that weren't said, and statements attributed to me that I did not say and that were clearly against what I had written, and so on.
