I have just read the situation created by these two judges due to their differing opinions of the meaning of the question and descriptors of "following and planning a journey".
I have my appeal hearing tomorrow afternoon and this is one area that I am appealing on, can anyone tell me where I can find the benefits and work document that provides a wording for asking the tribunal to consider Judge Jacobs definitions?
Also, are there any members present who have successfully argued for the Judge Agnew definitions and had the tribunal agree?
