i am due to attend an atos pip assessment, am i allowed to ask the assessor his/her qualifications or job title i.e gp, physio, etc. and are they duty bound to tell me
Try not to make it confrontational. If you are being asked questions you deem inappropriate or show ignorance of your particular circumstances you could ask if they are familiar with your illness or condition. You could then ask what their area of expertise might be.
