NEW ESA MEDICAL ABROAD AGAIN! was created by ubique
hi,its that time again that i have been requested to go for a new esa medical last was in 2013, (also had numerous medicals for pip since then).
nearly 6 months of waiting for the confirmation date with all the anxiety and doubt with it.
from past medicals esa and pip i know the doctor at the examination centre will have an e 213 form with no real reason as to why i am there and how to fill out the e213 form in line with my ilness/es symptoms etc.we have tried (wife) to explain why how etc but they just seem to repeat which was on the last medical forms which they keep it is because of this teh whole process then goes into repeat, they send it back to uk which can take 3 months then uk says no and it on appeal sections just like all my medicals!
now surley if the medical form has nothing on it specifically to do with esa then surley i am at a disadvantage, got to admit they do answer some things ok such as question
11.4-can the person work full time in last occuaption-answer from doctor was no
11.5-can be adapted work be performed full time doctor said no
11.12,could the work capacity be improved through
a-medical training
b-vocational training
doctor wrote no
question 12-is re examantion necessary in the future
answer no
i feel there is never enough information written by the doctor in explaining everything fully in relation to my illness/es
also can anyone tell me if i am refused will the esa stop straight away or do i still get it till a certain period./ same if i am put into put into the work capability section,if i contest what happens.
last 3 years on support group after appeal before that i was on incapacity ben since 97-98
will keep everyone informed.

I'm afraid if you are found Fit for Work then the Decision will be applied immediately.
Please make sure that you use the latest ESA Claim guides as the Regulations were updated in early 2013 and there have been some changes to the guidance.
