I made a claim for ESA back in July this year and with the aid of the excellent guides here eventually completed and returned the daunting ESA50 form to the DWP along with several reports from my consultants.
Yesterday I finally had a letter from the DWP to say I had been placed in the support group without having to have a medical.
My ESA claim was a contribution based one and as I understand it this would normally cease after 365 days?
My question is:
As I have been placed in the support group will my contribution based ESA payments now continue beyond the 365 days?
