Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me if a person can claim for severe disability premium if they live with an elderly parent?

I'm afraid that the age of the adult you live with is not taken into consideration. Unless this person receives AA, or the care component of DLA/PIP, you will not be classed as living alone.
