Hello, I rang the DWP last friday and again today. I am sure that the woman on the phone both times stated that they would try to ring 3 times. Is this correct?
I only recieved one call from friday but missed it as the woman said it could be anytime friday or between 9am and 9.16 am and they called at 10 to 9 so i didnt know it would be them.
They rang today folowing this mornings phone call but the phone only rang maybe 2 times before the call ended and i was not quick enough to answer it.
