PIP sending aditional info was created by misssarah89
Hello, I have sent my forms off for PIP and now have a date for medical. I have got more information. Should o send it too them of so what address or wait untill I am at the appointment?

It is best for all info to be sent with the form.
It is unlikely to be accepted at the medical.

I would have sent it with the form but unfortunatly this information has only become avaliable recently

I agree with Foss that it may not receive the attention that it should but that does not mean that you should not send it.
If your assessment is more than a couple of days away, send a copy to the assessment centre, send a copy to the DWP office that is dealing with your claim marked for the attention of the Decision Maker and finally take a copy to the assessment and ask the assessor to read it and include the documents in your file before they continue with the interview.

Sorry for any confusion.
Its best to send them in ASAP to try to get them connected to your case.
Taking them on the day is least likely to be effective as the assessor will just go by the file and probably not be open to you passing over new documents.
I would suggest sending them to the same address as the ESA form.
