Hi wn,
No, it wouldn't !
For a missing page to have any impact on your appeal, you would have to show that the missing page contained important information that had not been taken into account by The DWP DM is the decision making process.
Although it will invariably help to point out important discrepancies, your primary task is to explain how and why you qualify by scoring the necessary number of points under the appropriate PIP Activity/Descriptor.

I worked out that it was a page numbering issue but would there be any mileage in using it in the appeal as the numbering being incorrect even if no pages are actually missing? On its own not a good ground for appeal but as an additional tool to prove unreliability maybe?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

If you were able to prove the unreliability of an assessment, all that would happen is for the assessment to be disregarded and another one arranged. You will only get PIP by showing how and why you meet the criteria, so that is what you should concentrate on.

Page 4 is not missing on my report, which was done by Atos. It has been printed double sided so 4&5 would be missing, rather than just 4.
On mine it is a continuation box from page 3, Social and Occupational history and does have typing in it.

I asked about Page 4 in my Mandatory Reconsideration and the Decision Makers response was that "it is a continuation sheet for page 3 should that be full, as it was blank it was not included in the copy sent to you"
