That's great news Billie, thanks so much for letting us know!

I came back and updated because I wanted people to know just how helpful and worthwhile your information is.

When I received the ESA form I can tell you that I was really daunted by it and did think is it worth the hassle of all this form filling. Luckily enough common sense prevailed and I did fill it in.

I just want people to be aware that, YES, it really can be worth it. Don't be put off by all the paperwork.
