Hi all I wonder if you could help me on how much supporting medical information from 3 Consultants over the past 12 Years do I have to send with my PIP 2 form .

Hi Tim,
More weight will be given to recent evidence rather than something that is many years old. However, it might be that your initial diagnosis was documented years ago, in which case you might want to submit your diagnosis, something to confirm this is still present and something that explains your current limitations (for instance).

Hi all
Many thanks for answering my query I have now completed the Pip 2 form and sent it back to dwp I included a covering letter to explain my situation I now wait to see what the outcome will be .Either way I will post it on this wonderful site . Bye for now.
